This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases and payments made on Code Galatta, operated by Cogtis Technologies Private Limited("Code Galatta," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.
1All sales are final — no refunds
Code Galatta does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any paid products or services, including but not limited to:
- Online courses, bootcamps, and training programs
- Subscriptions, memberships, or recurring billing
- One-time purchases of digital content, add-ons, or premium features
- Certificates, assessments, or bundled offerings sold through the platform
- Any other fee charged by Code Galatta in connection with our services
Once payment is successfully processed, access is granted as described at the time of purchase. Non-use, partial use, or change of mind does not qualify for a refund.
2Digital nature of our services
Our offerings are predominantly digital and delivered instantly or on demand. Because digital goods cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we apply a strict no-refund policy consistent with industry practice for software and online education products.
3Subscriptions & renewals
If you purchase a subscription, you are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Renewal charges are not refundable. Cancellation stops future billing only; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any past billing period.
4Cancellation of courses or enrolment
If you choose to cancel your enrolment, withdraw from a course, or discontinue a program (whether through your account settings, a cancellation request, or any other means offered by Code Galatta), such cancellation is understood solely as a decision to stop future participation or access in line with our applicable product terms. Cancellation does not, under any circumstances, entitle you to a refund of fees already paid—including fees for the current billing period, instalments already collected, or any prior payment related to that course or offering.
Amounts paid prior to cancellation remain non-refundable in accordance with Section 1 of this Policy. Where access is terminated upon cancellation, that measure is administrative and does not convert prior charges into refundable amounts.
5Payment processors & failed transactions
Payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g. payment gateways). Any issues related to card declines, double charges, or processing errors should be reported to us promptly at the contact below. Reporting an issue does not guarantee a refund; we will review in line with this Policy and applicable law. Where we are not required to refund, this Policy prevails.
6Chargebacks & disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to present this Policy and your acceptance of our Terms of Service to the payment provider.
7Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of Code Galatta after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
